Each kit typically includes a set of ropes, adjustable belts, and support bricks designed to help you practice therapeutic yoga at home. The exact contents may vary slightly depending on the kit variation selected.
We currently do not offer refunds, as our kits are made to order and intended for therapeutic use. However, we are happy to offer replacements in the case of genuine manufacturing defects reported within 8 days of receipt.
A manufacturing defect refers to an issue that affects the structural integrity or usability of the ropes, belts, or bricks—such as broken parts, frayed ropes upon arrival, or faulty stitching. Minor aesthetic variations or natural wear from use are not considered defects.
Please email support@synergymedicalyoga.com within 8 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos or a video showing the defect.
Once your claim is approved, we aim to dispatch your replacement within 3–5 business days. Shipping times may vary based on your location.
We encourage all customers to inspect their kits upon delivery. Unfortunately, we’re unable to process replacements for issues reported after the 8-day window.
We do not offer exchanges, as each kit is packed specifically according to the order. If there’s a defect in the kit you received, we will gladly arrange a replacement for the same item.
If your package appears to have been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and the items inside. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Store your ropes and belts in a dry area, away from direct sunlight. Hand wash belts with mild detergent and air dry. Avoid machine washing or excessive stretching to maintain longevity.
