1. Refunds
As our kits are made to order and designed for therapeutic use, we are currently unable to offer refunds on purchases. We appreciate your understanding.
2. Replacements for Manufacturing Defects
In the rare case that you receive an item with a mechanical or manufacturing defect, we are happy to arrange a replacement.
- Eligible defects include structural issues with the ropes, belts, or bricks that affect safe usage.
- To ensure a timely resolution, we kindly ask that you notify us within 8 days of receiving your order.
- Requests made after this period may not be eligible for replacement.
3. How to Request a Replacement
If you believe your product has a defect, please contact us at support@synergymedicalyoga.com with the following details:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos or a short video showing the defect
Our team will review your request and get back to you within 3 business days to assist with the next steps.
4. Important Notes
Please note that we are unable to offer replacements in the following situations:
- General wear and tear from regular use
- Damage resulting from improper use or handling
- Claims submitted after the 8-day window
