rope & Belt therapy for posture correction

Continuous use of laptop  mobile , bike and car driving  keep us shoulder in forward position ( Protracted) for long time leading to increased kyphosis ( Back hump ) at a very early age. This can lead to sever back pain and also reduce strength of the back due to disturbed curvature of the spine. Postural muscles work 24 X 7 for us to keep our torso erect against gravity and hence need utmost care but unfortunately are most ignored.

how does rope & belt therapy work on posture correction

Complete spine awareness

Active and passive corrections

Active and passive corrections

You are tuaght about the natural spinal curvatures. Yogic exercises are given to develop this awareness. Becasue how we sit , walk , bend all through out the day decides the way our spine reacts.

Active and passive corrections

Active and passive corrections are made to disturbed spine curvatures using ropes and belts. This helps restoring the normalcy to your spinal load distribution profile.

Breathing Awareness

Breathing Awareness

Our spine health is tightly associated with the way we breath ( in addition to postural hygiene). RBT not just works on the mechanical correction of the muscles and bones but also integrates breathing techniques to form a holistic approach
